After a defensive mix-up in KÖYLÜ SPOR's zone, Adil Akbuğ stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kadri Ozan came out of the goal and Adil Akbuğ tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a defensive mix-up in Sögüt's zone, Ender Kultigin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kadri Ozan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ali Emir Ongu's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Berkant Uraz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nedim Kutkan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sögüt's Taci Ulus got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ateş Haneci took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kadri Ozan. KÖYLÜ SPOR's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of KÖYLÜ SPOR booed when Sögüt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ateş Haneci didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 47 played minutes Sögüt got a freekick which was hit by Volkan Tekgül. After the first half Sögüt were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kadri Ozan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saip Demir in the 73rd minute of the match. Adil Akbuğ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kadri Ozan having to interfere. If Volkan Tekgül had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Derviş Tansan in the 82nd minute of play forced KÖYLÜ SPOR's goalkeeper Kadri Ozan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 88 played minutes Ali Emir Ongu rounded KÖYLÜ SPOR's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. Sögüt played a much better game than KÖYLÜ SPOR and deserved their victory. The KÖYLÜ SPOR players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
