When Ali Uz fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Halkapinar JK's protests and gave Ali Uz a yellow card for diving instead. After 7 played minutes Halkapinar JK got a freekick which was hit by Ali Uz. Dündar Ünlüer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Ali Uz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Halkapinar JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ali Uz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Berkan Alan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Emir Vahdettin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abuzer Talik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 18 minutes, Dündar Ünlüer made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Halkapinar JK's Tuğrul Özsu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Bergamaspor's Abuzer Talik got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dündar Ünlüer got free with Tuğrul Özsu in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 25 played minutes Halkapinar JK got a freekick which was hit by Tolga Günsel. Emir Vahdettin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berkan Alan having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Ali Uz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emir Vahdettin might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Berkan Alan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emir Vahdettin ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Bergamaspor getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Sezai Baytekin hit a great ball. Kuddusî Metiner took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 37th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Berkan Alan. Bergamaspor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 39th minute Ali Uz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berkan Alan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abuzer Talik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute, Yusuf Ziya Saye hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 46 minutes into the game, Türker Hasankeyf was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Halkapinar JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bergamaspor the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Halkapinar JK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Bergamaspor a penalty, 48 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Tolunay Mengücek, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Halkapinar JK's Tuğrul Özsu. 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Abuzer Talik made the kick off in the second half. Emir Vahdettin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berkan Alan having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Ali Uz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 62 minutes, Dündar Ünlüer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bergamaspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dündar Ünlüer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tuğrul Özsu came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Bergamaspor's Sezai Baytekin. But to his dismay, Sezai Baytekin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Abuzer Talik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Tuğrul Özsu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Abuzer Talik left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bergamaspor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Emir Vahdettin struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Berkan Alan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Halkapinar JK. In the 86th minute of the match, Ali Uz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Berkan Alan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Zikri Başol fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bergamaspor's protests and gave Zikri Başol a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Bergamaspor's Zikri Başol got a free kick in the 87th minute. Kuddusî Metiner's shot from long distance in the 88th minute was not bad at all, but Bergamaspor's Berkan Alan knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Tuğrul Özsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dündar Ünlüer in the 93rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dündar Ünlüer in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tuğrul Özsu saved Halkapinar JK from getting behind. In the 97th match minute, Halkapinar JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aybek Nuh to maneuver through the defense. In the 100th minute of the match Bergamaspor got a corner. Halkapinar JK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tolunay Mengücek ran over to the corner to take the kick.
