Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Haldun Gazzal got the match started through his kick off. When Ahmet Davut Şenbay came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the ÇorumFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Davut Şenbay couldn't finish the play. Kamber Kutay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Davut Şenbay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Davut Şenbay in the 12th minute of play forced SOTRAB's goalkeeper Kamber Kutay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ahmet Boran Tanbey fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SOTRAB's protests and gave Ahmet Boran Tanbey a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of ÇorumFK booed when SOTRAB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Boran Tanbey didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute Ahmet Davut Şenbay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kamber Kutay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SOTRAB's Kamber Kutay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birant Saver in the 20th minute of play. Ahmet Davut Şenbay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kamber Kutay having to interfere. Birant Saver's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Kamber Kutay skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Atay Suersan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Burhanettin Ubeydullah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Atay Suersan came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the SOTRAB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atay Suersan couldn't finish the play. Kamber Kutay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafet Afşaroğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kamber Kutay made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Semail Hekimbaşı sent off a good shot on target. Burhanettin Ubeydullah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atay Suersan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute Rafet Afşaroğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kamber Kutay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Birant Saver got free with Kamber Kutay in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mustafa Uralp during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, SOTRAB's Mustafa Uralp got a free kick in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

After 52 played minutes ÇorumFK got a freekick which was hit by Semail Hekimbaşı. ÇorumFK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Haldun Gazzal scored to the left of an out of position Burhanettin Ubeydullah, making the score, 1-1. In the 57th minute, Ahmet Davut Şenbay made a precise shot to the right of Kamber Kutay. SOTRAB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Birant Saver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kamber Kutay having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Semail Hekimbaşı left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ÇorumFK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After some careless play in the SOTRAB defense, Ercan Arkın kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kamber Kutay. The SOTRAB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kamber Kutay should have stopped the shot. 79 minutes into the match, Ahmet Davut Şenbay notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of SOTRAB's Kamber Kutay. Kamber Kutay was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kamber Kutay came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by ÇorumFK's Birant Saver. But to his dismay, Birant Saver quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Burhanettin Ubeydullah made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arman Beyzade in the 90th minute. Esat Orgun hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in ÇorumFK's zone, Atay Suersan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Burhanettin Ubeydullah came out of the goal and Atay Suersan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, ÇorumFK's Burhanettin Ubeydullah got control of the ball when Arman Beyzade tried to sneak it across the goal line. ÇorumFK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
