Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Savaşer Kadrettin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Şamil Ilıcak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Savaşer Kadrettin's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. 1-0 became the score in the 7th minute when Savaşer Kadrettin elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Savaşer Kadrettin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şamil Ilıcak having to interfere. The supporters of Şıkır Team booed when Mengen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bumin Tokuş didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mengen's İdris Kalender played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Kadri Kutlubay in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Savaşer Kadrettin fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Şamil Ilıcak, passed just outside the right post. After having played for 18 minutes, Savaşer Kadrettin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mengen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Savaşer Kadrettin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Şıkır Team's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Savaşer Kadrettin scored to the left of an out of position Şamil Ilıcak, making the score, 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmet Kadri Kutlubay was the one to do the kick off. When Bumin Tokuş came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Mengen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bumin Tokuş couldn't finish the play. Şamil Ilıcak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Savaşer Kadrettin, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Şamil Ilıcak came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Mengen's Arda Tatu. But to his dismay, Arda Tatu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 61st minute, Sabit Samil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Binali Sarper during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Arda Tatu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 68 minutes into the game, Savaşer Kadrettin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Şamil Ilıcak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 71st match minute, Şıkır Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gazanfer Özcan Serimer to maneuver through the defense. Şıkır Team's Şamil Ilıcak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Savaşer Kadrettin in the 72nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arda Tatu in the 77th minute of play forced Şıkır Team's goalkeeper Şamil Ilıcak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the game, Efekan Bozkaya was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mengen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Şıkır Team the free kick. A collision led to Mengen getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Efekan Bozkaya hit a great ball. Arda Tatu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Şamil Ilıcak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Savaşer Kadrettin, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 94th minute of the match Aytuğ Ongun sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but İdris Kalender skillfully saved the ball. Şamil Ilıcak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Savaşer Kadrettin in the 95th minute of play. 96 minutes into the game, one of Mengen:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 98 minutes, Şıkır Team's Mithat Çelik got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of İdris Kalender. There was no doubt that Mengen were the better team. Mengen's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
