Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ahmet Fikret Vafi started the match with the kick off. Kayhan Öktürk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cankurtaran's zone, Muhittin Tanbay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Babür Yürük came out of the goal and Muhittin Tanbay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 19th minute, Muhittin Tanbay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Mehmet Efe Akman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kılıçalp Yöntem's late challenge caught a Cankurtaran's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kılıçalp Yöntem helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Cankurtaran booed when Konyaalti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kılıçalp Yöntem didn't get a good kick on the ball. Batur Yeğrek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anıl Arda Vezir read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. When Mehmet Efe Akman came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Cankurtaran fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mehmet Efe Akman couldn't finish the play. Mehmet Efe Akman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Konyaalti getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Kayhan Öktürk hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kayhan Öktürk to make the kick off. Babür Yürük made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Muhittin Tanbay in the 51st minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Konyaalti's goal looked a bit too open when Mehmet Efe Akman came free, but Anıl Arda Vezir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ahmet Fikret Vafi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Muhittin Tanbay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Muhittin Tanbay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Babür Yürük tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cankurtaran's Anıl Berk Akgöze got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Konyaalti's zone, Anıl Berk Akgöze stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anıl Arda Vezir came out of the goal and Anıl Berk Akgöze tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 81 played minutes Cankurtaran got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Fikret Vafi. After 84 played minutes Konyaalti got a freekick which was hit by Kayhan Öktürk.
