The crowd rose to their feet as ELAZIĞ İL ÖZEL İDARE's Tayfun Özsan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Seyit Hafızoğlu. That made the score 1-0 after 20 minutes of play. Baybars Yasin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Şenel Boyraz took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Seyit Hafızoğlu to make any attempt to save it. Ümit Şanalp struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Bican İzmirli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tunceli. Bican İzmirli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baybars Yasin in the 91st minute of the match. Hamdi Demirel kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Baybars Yasin was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 93rd minute. Tunceli's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The ELAZIĞ İL ÖZEL İDARE supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Tunceli's performance. The match ended with a win for Tunceli.
