Menekse's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sufi Afak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Kılıç Yazar's late challenge caught a Azdavay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kılıç Yazar helped the player get up and apologised. Umur Okuyan struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Dmitriy Guzhavin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Azdavay. Dmitriy Guzhavin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Berker Makul's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Menekse's Dmitriy Guzhavin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şinasi Altuncuoğlu in the 90th minute of play. Umur Okuyan might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dmitriy Guzhavin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Umur Okuyan ran back to his position shaking his head. If Berker Makul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Berker Makul in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dmitriy Guzhavin saved Menekse from getting behind. 96 minutes into the match, Umur Okuyan notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Menekse's Dmitriy Guzhavin. Dmitriy Guzhavin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee ended the match the Azdavay players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
