Palu's Binali Semi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İsmail Uçarer in the 16th minute of play. Binali Semi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İsmail Uçarer in the 27th minute of play. The supporters of Palu booed when Ofspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tuna Bal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute, Battal Cüneyt Rıza sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ofspor's Güntekin Uluçkan didn't even have to move. Kemalettin İbiş recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Atalay Tümerk in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Güntekin Uluçkan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Beyhan Rüstem's late challenge caught a Palu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Beyhan Rüstem helped the player get up and apologised. In the 38th match minute, Ofspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beyhan Rüstem to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramazan Sebuk in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Güntekin Uluçkan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 45th minute of the game. One of Ofspor:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Palu:s goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and İsmail Uçarer made a kick off. When Doğuhan Akkan fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ofspor's protests and gave Doğuhan Akkan a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ofspor getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Doğuhan Akkan hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramazan Sebuk in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Güntekin Uluçkan saved Ofspor from getting behind. Güntekin Uluçkan was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Ramazan Sebuk capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ramazan Sebuk really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Palu's Kemalettin İbiş got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Doğuhan Akkan kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After having played for 62 minutes, Ramazan Sebuk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramazan Sebuk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Ofspor's Güntekin Uluçkan got control of the ball when Kemalettin İbiş tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Palu's zone, Hakkı Kenan Özsu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Binali Semi came out of the goal and Hakkı Kenan Özsu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Binali Semi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İsmail Uçarer in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th match minute, Ofspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İsmail Uçarer to maneuver through the defense. Kemalettin İbiş succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 72nd playminute. The audience was convinced that Ramazan Sebuk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Güntekin Uluçkan was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. After 86 played minutes, Palu's Battal Cüneyt Rıza shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Güntekin Uluçkan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Palu reached it. Onur Ali Okbaş charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Onur Ali Okbaş the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Onur Ali Okbaş hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Hakkı Kenan Özsu might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Binali Semi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hakkı Kenan Özsu ran back to his position shaking his head. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Palu walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
