Benjamin Lia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boğaçhan Hacıoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. The supporters of Mus booed when Yeniçeri akademi FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. İlyas Malgır didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mus's Ahmet Emir Fırıncı proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Mus from getting a goal against them. When Ahmet Reha Suni, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 12 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Benjamin Lia was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Ahmet Reha Suni struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Benjamin Lia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mus. After a defensive mix-up in Yeniçeri akademi FK's zone, Ahmet Reha Suni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamin Lia came out of the goal and Ahmet Reha Suni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Songur Dalokay fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yeniçeri akademi FK's protests and gave Songur Dalokay a yellow card for diving instead. After 21 played minutes Yeniçeri akademi FK got a freekick which was hit by Songur Dalokay. After 22 played minutes Yeniçeri akademi FK got a freekick which was hit by İlyas Malgır. After 24 played minutes Yeniçeri akademi FK got a freekick which was hit by Özbek Muhtar. After recieving a nice pass, Mus's Berkant Kantara tried to score from far away in the 25th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 26th match minute, Yeniçeri akademi FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fazıl Hüsnü Musa to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Yeniçeri akademi FK's goalkeeper Benjamin Lia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Yeniçeri akademi FK's Benjamin Lia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boğaçhan Hacıoğlu in the 30th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Boğaçhan Hacıoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mus's supporters rose to their feet, but Boğaçhan Hacıoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamin Lia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benjamin Lia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Reha Suni, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Evren Eraksan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benjamin Lia having to make a save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Samim Baycan to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Mus's zone, Samim Baycan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Emir Fırıncı came out of the goal and Samim Baycan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 62 minutes into the match, Mus's goal looked a bit too open when Abayhan Oncel came free, but Ahmet Emir Fırıncı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ahmet Reha Suni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Lia having to interfere. After having played for 68 minutes, Ahmet Reha Suni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Reha Suni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yeniçeri akademi FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Ahmet Reha Suni scored to the left of an out of position Benjamin Lia, making the score, 0-1. After 77 played minutes Yeniçeri akademi FK got a freekick which was hit by İlyas Malgır. Berkant Kantara, 78 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Yeniçeri akademi FK's Benjamin Lia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Yeniçeri akademi FK from getting a goal against them. Mus played a much better game than Yeniçeri akademi FK and deserved their victory. The Yeniçeri akademi FK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
