The supporters of Dentister United booed when Van Spor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fikret Uluğ didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cesur Cansoy kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Ogün Özerdinc took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Sercan Sarim to make any attempt to save it. In the 10th minute, Van Spor's Joaquim Baía dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Sercan Sarim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bedih İskenderoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bedih İskenderoğlus short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Sercan Sarim to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Van Spor's Bedih İskenderoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 21st minute Rıfat Sancar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio-André Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jaime Oinaz hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute, Van Spor's Ogün Özerdinc dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. After 35 minutes of play, Van Spor's Joaquim Baía made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sercan Sarim was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 38 played minutes Van Spor got a freekick which was hit by Ogün Özerdinc. Cláudio-André Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aşkın Cevizci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes into the match, Dentister United's goalkeeper Sercan Sarim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ogün Özerdinc. Joaquim Baía succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 8-0 in the 46th playminute.

Bedih İskenderoğlu scored 9-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sercan Sarim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bedih İskenderoğlu in the 58th minute of play forced Dentister United's goalkeeper Sercan Sarim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sercan Sarim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Baía, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 61st minute, Ogün Özerdinc left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Van Spor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. Sercan Sarim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ogün Özerdinc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 65 minutes into the match, Joaquim Baía had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sercan Sarim. Dentister United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joaquim Baía was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. After 69th play minutes Bedih İskenderoğlu shot 12-0, a short shot which went by Sercan Sarim and just under the crossbar into goal. Taha Toregün kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Dentister United's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Ilixo came free, but Sercan Sarim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dentister United's Sercan Sarim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fikret Uluğ in the 76th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bedih İskenderoğlu in the 77th minute of play forced Dentister United's goalkeeper Sercan Sarim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ogün Özerdinc scored 13-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sercan Sarim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sercan Sarim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Baía in the 85th minute of play. When Joaquim Baía fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Van Spor's protests and gave Joaquim Baía a yellow card for diving instead. In the 87th minute, Joaquim Baía hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bedih İskenderoğlu took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sercan Sarim. Sercan Sarim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 14-0. After some careless play in the Dentister United defense, Bedih İskenderoğlu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sercan Sarim. The Dentister United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sercan Sarim should have stopped the shot. Van Spor walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
