Fenerim's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Polatli the free kick. A collision led to Fenerim getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Ali Erdem Sabancı hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the match, Polatli's goal looked a bit too open when Bican Özdilek came free, but Fahri Doğanay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Arif Bilge Ülken managed to get in a good position for a shot. Polatli's supporters rose to their feet, but Arif Bilge Ülken was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Selman Özerol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Polatli defense, Bican Özdilek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fahri Doğanay. The Polatli fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fahri Doğanay should have stopped the shot. After 36 played minutes Polatli got a freekick which was hit by İsmail Cem Ünlü. After 38 minutes of play, Fenerim's Bican Özdilek made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fahri Doğanay was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Arif Ozan İpek fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fenerim's protests and gave Arif Ozan İpek a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Fenerim getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Arif Ozan İpek hit a great ball. Arif Bilge Ülken sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kaan Garipbaş kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arif Bilge Ülken made a kick off. When Fazıl Hüsnü İnanır fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fenerim's protests and gave Fazıl Hüsnü İnanır a yellow card for diving instead. Selman Özerol made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Akgün Demircioğlu sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th match minute, Fenerim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Efe Demircioğlu to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 71 minutes, Selman Özerol successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 71 minutes, Ahmet Efe Demircioğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fenerim and the Polatli players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Polatli booed when Fenerim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kaan Garipbaş didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Savaş Özakıncı got free with Selman Özerol in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 80 minutes into the match, Fenerim's Fazıl Hüsnü İnanır sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fahri Doğanay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Fenerim's Selman Özerol got control of the ball when Savaş Özakıncı tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bican Özdilek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Polatli getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Yağız Tuyuğ hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Özer Gök managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fenerim's supporters rose to their feet, but Özer Gök was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fahri Doğanay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 88th minute Fazıl Hüsnü İnanır shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fahri Doğanay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kaan Garipbaş during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 92 played minutes Fenerim got a freekick which was hit by Kaan Garipbaş. 93 minutes into the match, Fikret Kamuran notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Polatli's Fahri Doğanay. Fahri Doğanay was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Savaş Özakıncı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Selman Özerol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fenerim's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
