After 43 minutes, Baki Şeref mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MERSİN SK and the NBAYS FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeki Semir got free with Mehmet Emrah Adal in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. MERSİN SK's Mehmet Emrah Adal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save MERSİN SK from getting a goal against them. When Haşim Kavi came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the MERSİN SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haşim Kavi couldn't finish the play. MERSİN SK's Mehmet Emrah Adal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save MERSİN SK from getting a goal against them. NBAYS FC played a much better game than MERSİN SK and deserved their victory. The MERSİN SK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
