With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baturalp Uraza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Okan Ulusoy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abidin Kongur having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Berke Esenboğa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baturalp Uraza was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Kayserispor's zone, Zaid Yetik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baturalp Uraza came out of the goal and Zaid Yetik tried to chip the ball over his head. Baturalp Uraza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berke Esenboğa, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 39th match minute, Demetevler was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yusuf Bahadır Cire to maneuver through the defense. Berke Esenboğa struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Baturalp Uraza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Demetevler. After the first half Demetevler were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Yusuf Bahadır Cire fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baturalp Uraza having to interfere. Demetevler's Zaid Yetik got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A beautiful save bye Demetevler's goalie prevented a goal. Abidin Kongur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Okan Ulusoy in the 60th minute of the match. The supporters of Demetevler booed when Kayserispor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Çelikan Kahraman didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Zaid Yetik in the 66th minute really tested Baturalp Uraza's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Okan Ulusoy kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Genco İlmen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 73 minutes into the match, Okan Ulusoy notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Demetevler's Abidin Kongur. Abidin Kongur was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Genco İlmen's late challenge caught a Demetevler's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Genco İlmen helped the player get up and apologised. Genco İlmen kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Berke Esenboğa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Baturalp Uraza when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Demetevler's Abidin Kongur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Okan Ulusoy in the 85th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Kayserispor's goalkeeper Baturalp Uraza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Berke Esenboğa. When Güngör Hatmi fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Demetevler's protests and gave Güngör Hatmi a yellow card for diving instead. Güngör Hatmi kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Okan Ulusoy missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 95 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Abidin Kongur right hand side. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
