Alim Balkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hüsnü Canpolat in the 58th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the game, Hacı Ali Demirtekin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Özkan Ortunc was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mert Zekai charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 84th minute, Ermenek Gençlik Spor's Hacı Ali Demirtekin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Özkan Ortunc. Özkan Ortunc yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-7. Ermenek Gençlik Spor's Alim Balkan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hüsnü Canpolat in the 90th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Hüsnü Canpolat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Ermenek Gençlik Spor's goal looked a bit too open when Hüsnü Canpolat came free, but Alim Balkan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 97 minutes into the match, Gümüşhane FK's Hüsnü Canpolat sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alim Balkan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Gümüşhane FK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ermenek Gençlik Spor's performance.
