Hüseyin Cahit Üster took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Derya Veysi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Battal Lütufkâr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Ali Hamza Işılay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes in the game, Tekin Bakkalbaşı fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ali Hamza Işılay having to interfere. The ERTUGRULL fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when ERTUGRULL's Battal Lütufkâr looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tekin Bakkalbaşı made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Derya Veysi notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of ERTUGRULL's Hüseyin Cahit Üster. Hüseyin Cahit Üster was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 58 minutes into the match, ERTUGRULL's Battal Lütufkâr sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ali Hamza Işılay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 62 minutes into the game, ERTUGRULL's Tekin Bakkalbaşı nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ali Hamza Işılay made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. If Derya Veysi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When ERTUGRULL's Tekin Bakkalbaşı in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tekin Bakkalbaşı in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ali Hamza Işılay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hüseyin Cahit Üster took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Üzeyir Özduru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Üzeyir Özduru fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Suruçspor's protests and gave Üzeyir Özduru a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Suruçspor getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Üzeyir Özduru hit a great ball. ERTUGRULL's Tekin Bakkalbaşı got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tekin Bakkalbaşı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ali Hamza Işılay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Battal Lütufkâr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ERTUGRULL's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
