Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Babür Tunçöven made the kick off and thus started the match. Bulut Garipbaş came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Rumeli's Ferman Akburak. But to his dismay, Ferman Akburak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Rumeli's Okanay Serhun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebati Tolga in the 14th minute of play. Sebati Tolga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Okanay Serhun having to make a save. After 17 played minutes Rumeli got a freekick which was hit by Ferman Akburak. In the 19th minute Sebati Tolga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Okanay Serhun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Refik Sönmezalp kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Kubat Bedi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Okanay Serhun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebati Tolga's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. The audience was convinced that Sebati Tolga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Okanay Serhun was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. In the 29th match minute, Rumeli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orbay Subutay to maneuver through the defense. If Kubat Bedi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Okanay Serhun came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Alkan's Sebati Tolga. But to his dismay, Sebati Tolga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Okanay Serhun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ali Haydar Yalazabey went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Sebati Tolga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alkan's Bulut Garipbaş proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 49th minute of the match, managed to save Alkan from getting a goal against them. After the first half Alkan were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebati Tolga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Babür Tunçöven came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Rumeli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Babür Tunçöven couldn't finish the play. Sebati Tolga's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Okanay Serhun skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Sebati Tolga might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Okanay Serhun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebati Tolga ran back to his position shaking his head. Alkan's Bulut Garipbaş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Babür Tunçöven in the 57th minute of play. Sebati Tolga had several of the Rumeli's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 69 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed Okanay Serhun as he didn't even see the shot coming. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebati Tolga in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Okanay Serhun saved Rumeli from getting behind. Refik Sönmezalp kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Sebati Tolga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Okanay Serhun having to make a save. 77 minutes into the match, Rumeli's goalkeeper Okanay Serhun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ali Haydar Yalazabey. Okanay Serhun made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Sebati Tolga sent off a good shot on target. Okanay Serhun was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Sebati Tolga capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sebati Tolga really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. 85 minutes into the match, Sebati Tolga dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Okanay Serhun, 1-5. With his leg Okanay Serhun managed to avoid a goal in the 91stth minute, when Alkan's Sebati Tolga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Alkan's Dursun Özver got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sebati Tolga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Okanay Serhun having to make a save. 94 minutes into the match, Rumeli's goalkeeper Okanay Serhun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vefa Kantürk. Gazanfer Hafi lost his temper 97 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Alkan fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 97th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Rumeli a penalty, 100 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Orbay Subutay, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Alkan's Bulut Garipbaş. 2-5. The Rumeli fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Alkan were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
