Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ulaş Öztaylan made the kick off which started today's match. Seyfi Kadrican hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Maltepe's Haluk Tanın played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hakkı Deniz Direm in the 9th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Maltepe's Seyfi Kadrican got a free kick in the 9th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Ömer Rıza Ula notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Maltepe's Haluk Tanın. Haluk Tanın was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hakkı Deniz Direm in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Haluk Tanın prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 18 minutes into the game, Ulaş Öztaylan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Haluk Tanın was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Hüseyin Turan Temel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maltepe's supporters rose to their feet, but Hüseyin Turan Temel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Şeref Tansu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 25 minutes into the match, Maltepe's goal looked a bit too open when Hakkı Deniz Direm came free, but Haluk Tanın reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute, Alperen Hatipoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Haluk Tanın showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hakkı Deniz Direm in the 27th minute of the match. Seyfi Kadrican charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Seyfi Kadrican the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 30 played minutes Maltepe got a freekick which was hit by Seyfi Kadrican. In the 31st minute of the match Ömer Rıza Ula shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Haluk Tanın showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hüseyin Turan Temel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 34 minutes into the match, Alperen Hatipoğlu notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Maltepe's Haluk Tanın. Alperen Hatipoğlu took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Haluk Tanın. Haluk Tanın dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4.

The wind increased when Onur Arıhan made the kick off in the second half. Haluk Tanın showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alperen Hatipoğlu in the 52nd minute of the match. Şeref Tansu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hüseyin Turan Temel, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After 63 played minutes Maltepe got a freekick which was hit by Çelikan Yağızhan. Maltepe's Onur Arıhan got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Çelikan Yağızhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the game, Güngors's Hakkı Deniz Direm nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Haluk Tanın made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. In the 80th minute, Çelikan Yağızhan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 82nd minute, Hüseyin Turan Temel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 83 played minutes Maltepe got a freekick which was hit by Remzi Seçkin. In the 84th minute, Muhsin Akbora got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulaş Öztaylan in the 95th minute of play forced Maltepe's goalkeeper Haluk Tanın to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th match minute, Maltepe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İsmail Mirza to maneuver through the defense. When Muhsin Akbora came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Güngors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Muhsin Akbora couldn't finish the play.
