In the 26th minute, Steven Andres made a precise shot to the right of Cenk Has. Hatay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Yaman Spor's zone, Karadeniz Erkılıç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kamil Grabara came out of the goal and Karadeniz Erkılıç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute Yetkin Zahir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kamil Grabara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 33 minutes Yaman Spor's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ahmet Hafiz Vefi who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Ahmet Hafiz Vefi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Yaman Spor's Kamil Grabara did a great save. In the 41st minute, Karadeniz Erkılıç got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Karadeniz Erkılıç made the kick off in the second half. Yetkin Zahir blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kamil Grabara having to make a save. In the 56th minute Steven Andres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cenk Has saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Şeref Çoğan's late challenge caught a Yaman Spor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Şeref Çoğan helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Yaman Spor booed when Hatay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şeref Çoğan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the game, Gökçek Yoruç was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hatay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yaman Spor the free kick. In the 70th match minute, Hatay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gökçek Yoruç to maneuver through the defense. Karadeniz Erkılıç struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Kamil Grabara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hatay. Kamil Grabara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karadeniz Erkılıç in the 81st minute of play. After 86 played minutes Hatay got a freekick which was hit by Gökçek Yoruç. Yaman Spor's Kamil Grabara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yetkin Zahir in the 90th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Yetkin Zahir managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hatay's supporters rose to their feet, but Yetkin Zahir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kamil Grabara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yetkin Zahir got in the 95th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Kamil Grabara handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Yaman Spor's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
