With a left leg Pascual Acosta saved FBAYBERK from getting behind. Fetih Denizcan's late challenge caught a Genç Kaplanlar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fetih Denizcan helped the player get up and apologised. Axel Frisk hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After 22 played minutes FBAYBERK got a freekick which was hit by Fazıl Hüsnü Baybora. After a rather tough play, Genç Kaplanlar's Cihan Öner got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Fazıl Hüsnü Baybora charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fazıl Hüsnü Baybora the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 24th match minute, FBAYBERK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fazıl Hüsnü Baybora to maneuver through the defense. Pascual Acosta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gökhan Onultan in the 25th minute of play. Selçuk Tekin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baybars Erzincanlı, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After 29 played minutes Genç Kaplanlar got a freekick which was hit by Anıl Baytüze. Selçuk Tekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baybars Erzincanlı in the 30th minute of play. In the 33rd minute Anıl Baytüze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascual Acosta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fetih Denizcan was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 39 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, FBAYBERK's Fetih Denizcan got a free kick in the 39th minute. Genç Kaplanlar's Atilano Ubarna got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Genç Kaplanlar's Selçuk Tekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Binali Ünalan in the 54th minute of play. Anier Sanduru charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anier Sanduru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. FBAYBERK's Pascual Acosta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save FBAYBERK from getting a goal against them. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pascual Acosta showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Pascual Acosta made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Gökhan Onultan sent off a good shot on target. Genç Kaplanlar's Selçuk Tekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baybars Erzincanlı in the 79th minute of play. In the 80thth minute of the game Gökhan Onultan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FBAYBERK's Pascual Acosta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 81 played minutes FBAYBERK got a freekick which was hit by Ali Vedat Şerhenk. Gökhan Onultan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Pascual Acosta made a huge save. FBAYBERK's Pascual Acosta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Ferit Baykara in the 85th minute of play. Genç Kaplanlar's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Atilano Ubarna in the 86th minute. The corner ended in Atilano Ubarna almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FBAYBERK's Pascual Acosta did a great save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FBAYBERK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Genç Kaplanlar had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
