Gökhan Derman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vedat Bedel in the 31st minute of the match. Gökhan Derman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yalçın Erol, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Yalçın Erol scored 0-3 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gökhan Derman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Feridun Tümay's late challenge caught a Denizli's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feridun Tümay helped the player get up and apologised. 38 minutes into the game, one of LEGENDS:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After a defensive mix-up in LEGENDS's zone, Gürhan Onurhan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gökhan Derman came out of the goal and Gürhan Onurhan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 48 minutes of play, Denizli's Yalçın Erol made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gökhan Derman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

A murmur of surprise went through the audience when Denizli's Gürhan Onurhan after having done a couple of nice dribblings in the 81st minute of the game fired away a shot to his disappointment passed just outside the right post. When Dündar Akduman fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Denizli's protests and gave Dündar Akduman a yellow card for diving instead. 82 minutes into the game, one of Denizli:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Gökhan Derman was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Yalçın Erol showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 91 minute of play.
