Denizli's Serbülent Durualp got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yavuz Bülent Akduman in the 26th minute of play forced Denizli's goalkeeper Kevin Amado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gürhan Onurhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kevin Amado made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Yavuz Bülent Akduman sent off a good shot on target. In the 60th minute Fazlı İçkin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevin Amado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Denizli's Kevin Amado got control of the ball when Yavuz Bülent Akduman tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Kayserispor booed when Denizli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Batıray Kadıoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Denizli's Kevin Amado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 99th minute of the match, managed to save Denizli from getting a goal against them. Kayserispor's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
