Almus Stadium
Spectators: 6784 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 10) Almus's Avni Kabadayı started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Ahmet Danış Özkutal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ferid Esentürk was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Almus's Ferid Esentürk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gazi Sökmensu in the 8th minute of play. Servet İşbilir received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Atahan Kuvvet came out and tried to block the shot, but Servet İşbilir slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 10th minute. After 13 played minutes Almus got a freekick which was hit by Avni Kabadayı. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Danış Özkutal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ferid Esentürk was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. After 16 minutes of play, Kestel JK's Kurtuluş Ülkenur made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ferid Esentürk was left in no man's land by his defense there! Atahan Kuvvet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Avni Kabadayı in the 20th minute of play. Kestel JK's Atahan Kuvvet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Kestel JK from getting a goal against them. In the 23rd minute, Yaşar Pamir got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Servet İşbilir got free with Atahan Kuvvet in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Servet İşbilir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atahan Kuvvet having to interfere. Kestel JK's Kurtuluş Ülkenur got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Ahmet Danış Özkutal came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Kestel JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Danış Özkutal couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Kestel JK's Atahan Kuvvet got control of the ball when Servet İşbilir tried to sneak it across the goal line. Servet İşbilir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Kestel JK's Mutlu Özden got a free kick in the 46th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Avni Kabadayı in the 47th minute of play forced Kestel JK's goalkeeper Atahan Kuvvet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Atahan Kuvvet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Avni Kabadayı, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 56 minutes into the game, Alkın Işınay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Ferid Esentürk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Servet İşbilir blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Atahan Kuvvet having to make a save. 60 minutes into the game, Kestel JK's Ahmet Danış Özkutal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ferid Esentürk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. The supporters of Almus booed when Kestel JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yaşar Pamir didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69th match minute, Kestel JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kurtuluş Ülkenur to maneuver through the defense. In the 71stth minute of the game Servet İşbilir who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kestel JK's Atahan Kuvvet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Kestel JK's goal looked a bit too open when Avni Kabadayı came free, but Atahan Kuvvet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Avni Kabadayı's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Atahan Kuvvet was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Servet İşbilir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Kestel JK's zone, Servet İşbilir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Atahan Kuvvet came out of the goal and Servet İşbilir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Avni Kabadayı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kestel JK played a much better game than Almus and deserved their victory. The Almus players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
