The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Seyhan Urandu's late challenge caught a BURNAZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Seyhan Urandu helped the player get up and apologised. Lars Praßke's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arın Ferhat Saruca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by BURNAZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Juhana Santahuhta was slow to take the kick. During this time Çelemli SK's players had a chance to rest. 11 minutes into the match, BURNAZ's goal looked a bit too open when Juhana Santahuhta came free, but Feridun Yavuzcan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th match minute, Çelemli SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 韩阳树 to maneuver through the defense. When Juhana Santahuhta came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Çelemli SK fans jumped to their feet. Arın Ferhat Saruca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Feridun Yavuzcan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aykut Onursan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Çelemli SK's Sikander Icardi got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Arın Ferhat Saruca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ted Lennartsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lars Praßke in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arın Ferhat Saruca saved Çelemli SK from getting behind. Lars Praßke blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arın Ferhat Saruca having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lars Praßke got free with Arın Ferhat Saruca in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Çelemli SK getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Sikander Icardi hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Taner Tarkan during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Çelemli SK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 31st minute. Penalty! In the 32nd minute there was a penalty for BURNAZ. SK Playfair stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Arın Ferhat Saruca. 2-0. In the 38th minute Juhana Santahuhta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feridun Yavuzcan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Aykut Onursan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Feridun Yavuzcan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aykut Onursan in the 43rd minute of play. A collision led to Çelemli SK getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Torbjörn Hernström hit a great ball. Lars Praßke took the ball and in the 49 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arın Ferhat Saruca. Arın Ferhat Saruca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When Ted Lennartsson came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the BURNAZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ted Lennartsson couldn't finish the play. Martin Jobo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. BURNAZ's Feridun Yavuzcan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aykut Onursan in the 57th minute of play. After 61 minutes, Lars Praßke made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Çelemli SK's Arın Ferhat Saruca tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 64th minute Lars Praßke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arın Ferhat Saruca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lars Praßke in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arın Ferhat Saruca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 75 minutes, Ted Lennartsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BURNAZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ted Lennartsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 75th minute Ted Lennartsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arın Ferhat Saruca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aysan Oskan kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Çelemli SK's goal looked a bit too open when Ted Lennartsson came free, but Arın Ferhat Saruca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, BURNAZ's Feridun Yavuzcan got control of the ball when Juhana Santahuhta tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Çelemli SK getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Sikander Icardi hit a great ball. Arın Ferhat Saruca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Praßke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Çelemli SK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
