Mahir Erkılıç might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kamer Özbilgin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mahir Erkılıç ran back to his position shaking his head. Yakacik's Kamer Özbilgin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Yakacik from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Murat Selim Recep in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kamer Özbilgin saved Yakacik from getting behind. Murat Selim Recep's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Kamer Özbilgin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Murat Selim Recep who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Kamer Özbilgin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Murat Selim Recep fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kamer Özbilgin having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Murat Selim Recep in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kamer Özbilgin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kamer Özbilgin was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Murat Selim Recep capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Murat Selim Recep really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Murat Selim Recep sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. İlbey Suavi hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Gençlikgücü's Sabit Şatıroğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yalçın Hiçyılmaz in the 36th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Yakacik's goal looked a bit too open when Murat Selim Recep came free, but Kamer Özbilgin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kamer Özbilgin was a little too slow when Murat Selim Recep got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Murat Selim Recep made the kick off in the second half. When Mahir Erkılıç came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Gençlikgücü fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mahir Erkılıç couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Murat Selim Recep sped through Yakacik's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kamer Özbilgin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mahir Erkılıç in the 56th minute of play forced Yakacik's goalkeeper Kamer Özbilgin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mahir Erkılıç took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kamer Özbilgin. Kamer Özbilgin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Yakacik's Kamer Özbilgin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murat Selim Recep in the 63rd minute of play. The supporters of Gençlikgücü booed when Yakacik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yağızhan Deveci didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Yakacik's zone, Murat Selim Recep stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kamer Özbilgin came out of the goal and Murat Selim Recep tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kamer Özbilgin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mahir Erkılıç went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Mahir Erkılıç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kamer Özbilgin having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Gençlikgücü's goal looked a bit too open when Yalçın Hiçyılmaz came free, but Sabit Şatıroğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Hadi Oyal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Yakacik's İlbey Suavi got a free kick in the 81st minute. After some careless play in the Yakacik defense, Mahir Erkılıç kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kamer Özbilgin. The Yakacik fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kamer Özbilgin should have stopped the shot. In the 85th minute, Mahir Erkılıç got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Gençlikgücü fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Gençlikgücü's Murat Selim Recep looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kamer Özbilgin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mahir Erkılıç went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. Kamer Özbilgin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murat Selim Recep in the 95th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Gençlikgücü players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
