Thanks to some nice moves Beyhan Alkım could shoot a difficult shot in the 5th minute, which Mitchell Baron however easily saved by the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wladyslaw Cwojdak in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vecdi Yurday prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kayhan Yağınalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vecdi Yurday having to interfere. Beyhan Alkım could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Mitchell Baron made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexei Perju in the 27th minute of play forced GALATASARAY SK's goalkeeper Mitchell Baron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th match minute, GALATASARAY SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvério Abraão to maneuver through the defense. Silvério Abraão kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Mitchell Baron stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ferid Yalap's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. 43 minutes into the match, Ferid Yalap dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mitchell Baron, 1-0. Bedih Oran hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. If Geronimo Giraldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wladyslaw Cwojdak to make the kick off. Mitchell Baron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexei Perju in the 52nd minute of the match. Vecdi Yurday showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wladyslaw Cwojdak, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Mitchell Baron came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by GÜMELİSPOR's Beyhan Alkım. But to his dismay, Beyhan Alkım quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Wladyslaw Cwojdak kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 63rd match minute, GÜMELİSPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Uxio to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the GALATASARAY SK defense, Beyhan Alkım kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mitchell Baron. The GALATASARAY SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mitchell Baron should have stopped the shot. Mitchell Baron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beyhan Alkım, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the game, GÜMELİSPOR's Alexei Perju nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mitchell Baron made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. GALATASARAY SK's Mitchell Baron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexei Perju in the 79th minute of play. Mitchell Baron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexei Perju in the 84th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, GALATASARAY SK's goal looked a bit too open when Beyhan Alkım came free, but Mitchell Baron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 95 minutes into the game, when Silvério Abraão put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 94th minute of the game. One of GALATASARAY SK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of GÜMELİSPOR:s goal. In the 96th minute there was a penalty for GÜMELİSPOR. Alexei Perju stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Mitchell Baron. 5-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. GÜMELİSPOR fully deserved thier win.
