Hıncal Akbayrak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alper Özerdim having to interfere. Fc Beşiktaş's Gencer Bozbora got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adis Jahovic who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Alper Özerdim when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Alper Özerdim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hıncal Akbayrak, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 30 minutes into the match, BersanBüyükSehirBelediye's goalkeeper Alper Özerdim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gencer Bozbora. Thanks to some nice moves Gencer Bozbora could shoot a difficult shot in the 31st minute, which Alper Özerdim however easily saved by the left post. Orhun Gündüz hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Niyazi Saygur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nedim Varan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hıncal Akbayrak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alper Özerdim having to interfere. With his leg Alper Özerdim managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when Fc Beşiktaş's Adis Jahovic fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gencer Bozbora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Alper Özerdim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adis Jahovic was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of BersanBüyükSehirBelediye booed when Fc Beşiktaş was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adis Jahovic didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 52nd minute Nedim Varan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niyazi Saygur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, BersanBüyükSehirBelediye's goal looked a bit too open when Adis Jahovic came free, but Alper Özerdim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind BersanBüyükSehirBelediye's goalkeeper Alper Özerdim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fc Beşiktaş's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Galip Oktay in the 59th minute. After taking down the ball on Fc Beşiktaş's corner Gencer Bozbora fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Alper Özerdim quite easily take care of the ball. Adis Jahovic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Alper Özerdim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute Fc Beşiktaş were awarded a corner. Galip Oktay went to the cornerflag to take it. When Fc Beşiktaş's Adis Jahovic in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BersanBüyükSehirBelediye's goalie prevented a goal. BersanBüyükSehirBelediye's Alper Özerdim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hıncal Akbayrak in the 72nd minute of play. When Gencer Bozbora came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Fc Beşiktaş fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gencer Bozbora couldn't finish the play. If Hıncal Akbayrak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute, Gencer Bozbora got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 80th match minute, BersanBüyükSehirBelediye was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Görkem Hicab to maneuver through the defense. Alper Özerdim came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Fc Beşiktaş's Adis Jahovic. But to his dismay, Adis Jahovic quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Niyazi Saygur made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Nedim Varan sent off a good shot on target. With his leg Niyazi Saygur managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when BersanBüyükSehirBelediye's Nedim Varan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 90th minute Gencer Bozbora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alper Özerdim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adis Jahovic struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Alper Özerdim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fc Beşiktaş. After 95th play minutes Adis Jahovic shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Alper Özerdim and just under the crossbar into goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Fc Beşiktaş had played much better football throughout.
