In the 10th match minute, PrinceofHome was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samet Tandoğdu to maneuver through the defense. Mikail Öztaylan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Nusrettin Uman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. PrinceofHome's supporters crossed their fingers, but Duman Pekalp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Andaç Rusuhi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With 44 minutes on the clock, Asım Bardakçıoğlu commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vassilis Pourliotopoulos made a kick off.
