Ahmet Vefik Yertan came out and tried to block the shot, but Duman Erginay slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. In the 6th minute, Aydın Yaman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Harbiye fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 9th minute Baskın Arslan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Vefik Yertan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, Aydın Yaman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ahmet Vefik Yertan was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Harbiye's 杨适邦 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saffet İlseven in the 16th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Baskın Arslan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ahmet Vefik Yertan was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Baskın Arslan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Vefik Yertan having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Aydın Yaman took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Ahmet Vefik Yertan to make any attempt to save it. Aydın Yaman scored 5-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ahmet Vefik Yertan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 34th minute Bulent Kaptan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Vefik Yertan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. bbmd's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Baskın Arslan 37 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 6-0. Ahmet Vefik Yertan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baskın Arslan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the match, Aydın Yaman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ahmet Vefik Yertan. bbmd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aydın Yaman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Aydın Yaman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Ahmet Vefik Yertan made a huge save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

Harbiye's 杨适邦 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saffet İlseven in the 52nd minute of play. When Saffet İlseven fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored bbmd's protests and gave Saffet İlseven a yellow card for diving instead. In the 63rd minute Duman Erginay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Vefik Yertan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Bulent Kaptan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Harbiye booed when bbmd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesur Usluer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baskın Arslan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 69 minutes into the game, Bulent Kaptan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Ahmet Vefik Yertan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aydın Yaman in the 72nd minute of play forced bbmd's goalkeeper Ahmet Vefik Yertan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Vefik Yertan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aydın Yaman went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. Ahmet Vefik Yertan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bulent Kaptan, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Bulent Kaptan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ahmet Vefik Yertan. bbmd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bulent Kaptan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. After some careless play in the bbmd defense, Aydın Yaman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ahmet Vefik Yertan. The bbmd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ahmet Vefik Yertan should have stopped the shot. 88 minutes into the match, bbmd's goal looked a bit too open when Baskın Arslan came free, but Ahmet Vefik Yertan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aydın Yaman in the 89th minute of play forced bbmd's goalkeeper Ahmet Vefik Yertan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute, Aydın Yaman made a precise shot to the right of Ahmet Vefik Yertan. bbmd's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 13-0. There was no doubt that Harbiye were the better team. Harbiye's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
