When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Abdullah Taşgan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezmi Ugraş in the 55th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Cezmi Ugraş's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abdullah Taşgan was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cezmi Ugraş in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abdullah Taşgan saved Lara FK from getting behind. Cihat Ergüven took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abdullah Taşgan. Abdullah Taşgan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0.
