In the 2nd minute, one of KIRIKKALESPOR:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for KIRIKKALESPOR. Raoul Boehnke had in the 3rdth minute some difficulties stopping Resul Kılınç's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. With a little luck, CİMBOM FC's İnanç Tellioğlu got control of the ball when Tudor Orășan tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 7 minutes of play, KIRIKKALESPOR's Paul Caniggia made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. İnanç Tellioğlu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tudor Orășan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but İnanç Tellioğlu made a huge save. Eyüp Kılınç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tudor Orășan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. İnanç Tellioğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cihangir Vakkasoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the CİMBOM FC defense, Tudor Orășan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of İnanç Tellioğlu. The CİMBOM FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that İnanç Tellioğlu should have stopped the shot. Paul Caniggia took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised İnanç Tellioğlu. İnanç Tellioğlu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. After a rather tough play, CİMBOM FC's Eyüp Kılınç got a free kick in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the game, Paul Caniggia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. İnanç Tellioğlu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 38th minute, Menderes Kerimhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kuzey Temirkut's late challenge caught a KIRIKKALESPOR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kuzey Temirkut helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of KIRIKKALESPOR booed when CİMBOM FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kuzey Temirkut didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atilla Kağan Eğriöz's late challenge caught a KIRIKKALESPOR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Atilla Kağan Eğriöz helped the player get up and apologised. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eyüp Kılınç made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, KIRIKKALESPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tudor Orășan to maneuver through the defense. In the 53rd minute Paul Caniggia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İnanç Tellioğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. İnanç Tellioğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fırat Şahinalp in the 54th minute of the match. İnanç Tellioğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tudor Orășan in the 55th minute of play. Yanek Platnarov took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for İnanç Tellioğlu. CİMBOM FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. İnanç Tellioğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tudor Orășan in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yanek Platnarov in the 66th minute of play forced CİMBOM FC's goalkeeper İnanç Tellioğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute Tudor Orășan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İnanç Tellioğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. İnanç Tellioğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paul Caniggia in the 68th minute of play. İnanç Tellioğlu came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by KIRIKKALESPOR's Paul Caniggia. But to his dismay, Paul Caniggia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. In the 77th minute, Yanek Platnarov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KIRIKKALESPOR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. After a defensive mix-up in CİMBOM FC's zone, Fırat Şahinalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. İnanç Tellioğlu came out of the goal and Fırat Şahinalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. İnanç Tellioğlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tudor Orășan's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. İnanç Tellioğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fırat Şahinalp in the 88th minute of play. The KIRIKKALESPOR fans' excitement grew in the 90th match minute when KIRIKKALESPOR's Paul Caniggia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 12-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Paul Caniggia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, Paul Caniggia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KIRIKKALESPOR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 13-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. KIRIKKALESPOR fully deserved thier win.
