Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nuh Dilhan in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arif Ozan Tuyuğ prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Necat Nurullah stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lei Wei Bang's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Demirspor's Arif Ozan Tuyuğ played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Korcan Askeroğlu in the 31st minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Nuh Dilhan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arif Ozan Tuyuğ. Arif Ozan Tuyuğ showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuh Dilhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute of the match, Korcan Askeroğlu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Arif Ozan Tuyuğ was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Ali Ömer Işınsu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jan-Olof Hybbert hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Demirspor made a substitution. Emirhan Tuney replaced Jerry Alegren. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafael Förster got free with Necat Nurullah in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
