KIRIKKALE FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GTA sk the free kick. A collision led to KIRIKKALE FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Bogdan Klewinski hit a great ball. Cosme Aimar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arda Ozan Vakkasoğlu in the 6th minute of play. İshak Okbaş made an important save on a dangerous shot by Babbis Karterouliotis in the 10th minute. Münir Barlas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. İshak Okbaş came out and tried to block the shot, but Münir Barlas slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 18th minute. Cosme Aimar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arda Ozan Vakkasoğlu in the 22nd minute of play. After having played for 23 minutes, Kubat Aktay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GTA sk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kubat Aktay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arda Ozan Vakkasoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Aimar having to interfere. In the 38th minute Necip Fazıl Taykurt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İshak Okbaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. İshak Okbaş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Münir Barlas, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Babbis Karterouliotis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İshak Okbaş having to interfere. Kubat Aktay might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cosme Aimar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kubat Aktay ran back to his position shaking his head. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Babbis Karterouliotis made the kick off in the second half. İshak Okbaş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Babbis Karterouliotis in the 54th minute of play. Kubat Aktay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Aimar having to interfere. GTA sk's İshak Okbaş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Babbis Karterouliotis in the 58th minute of play. İshak Okbaş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Babbis Karterouliotis in the 60th minute of play. Kubat Aktay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 66 played minutes GTA sk got a freekick which was hit by Kubat Aktay. İshak Okbaş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bumin Çağman in the 68th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Babbis Karterouliotis in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg İshak Okbaş saved GTA sk from getting behind. 74 minutes into the match, GTA sk's Arda Ozan Vakkasoğlu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cosme Aimar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Niceto Kaiet scored 3-0 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of İshak Okbaş, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Münir Barlas struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. İshak Okbaş didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KIRIKKALE FC. The supporters of GTA sk booed when KIRIKKALE FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardinho Alagoano didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the game, KIRIKKALE FC's Münir Barlas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. İshak Okbaş made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Babbis Karterouliotis took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised İshak Okbaş. İshak Okbaş dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. In the 94th minute, Bogdan Klewinski made a precise shot to the right of İshak Okbaş. GTA sk's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0.
