In the 10th minute, Dmitriy Bumagin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tayyar Binalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beşir Şahdar in the 12th minute of play. Tayyar Binalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nunez Suarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alan Van Beets in the 37th minute of play forced BEYKOZ1908's goalkeeper Tayyar Binalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arif Bilge Hünkar in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Turgay Habiboğlu saved El Turco from getting behind. The supporters of BEYKOZ1908 booed when El Turco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nunez Suarez didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arif Bilge Hünkar made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in El Turco's zone, Kadim Zabit stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Turgay Habiboğlu came out of the goal and Kadim Zabit tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Esat Vahat hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Tayyar Binalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beşir Şahdar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
