The referee ignored HullCity's protests and gave Mehmet Emrah Taykoç a yellow card for diving instead. YILDIZSPOR's Volkan Mirac was substituted for Bedih Ergül. The wind increased when Güney Yanıker made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, HullCity's goal looked a bit too open when Güney Yanıker came free, but Davut Demiroğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, YILDIZSPOR's Tolgahan Dokuzer got control of the ball when Merih Avcı tried to sneak it across the goal line. Davut Demiroğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hayrettin Oymen, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Merih Avcı charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 96 minutes of play, HullCity's Merih Avcı made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tolgahan Dokuzer was left in no man's land by his defense there!
