A.Mekikspor's 龙岩谦 got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Raimundo Otero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aybars Baysan was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. 龙岩谦 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Aybars Baysan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raimundo Oteros short, quick shot in the 43rdth minute got Aybars Baysan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Aybars Baysan stood somewhat misplaced when Raimundo Otero came free in front of goal and shot 5-0 to the left of him in the 43 minute. Çağan Dervişoğlu hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

Raimundo Otero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aybars Baysan having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, Fenerbahçe's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Otero came free, but Aybars Baysan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, A.Mekikspor's goalkeeper Enrico Di Toma had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nikola Tesla. When Merih Güdeş fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A.Mekikspor's protests and gave Merih Güdeş a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to A.Mekikspor getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Merih Güdeş hit a great ball. With a little luck, A.Mekikspor's Enrico Di Toma got control of the ball when Nikola Tesla tried to sneak it across the goal line. Enrico Di Toma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Çağan Dervişoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Çağan Dervişoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrico Di Toma having to interfere.
