Vacib Turhan scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Harun İpekdal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Harun İpekdal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vacib Turhan in the 9th minute of play. Yaman Academy®'s Bayezit Kotuz got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 15 minutes into the game, ATATÜRK GENÇLİĞİ's Reşat Savaş nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Harun İpekdal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tayfun Oğuzkan in the 23rd minute of play forced Yaman Academy®'s goalkeeper Harun İpekdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 25 played minutes Yaman Academy® got a freekick which was hit by Kürşat Saltar. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Baturay Alpsoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Tayfur Alişan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Şanver Mutlusoy kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Selahaddin İlksel during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 43rd match minute, ATATÜRK GENÇLİĞİ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Selahaddin İlksel to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tayfun Oğuzkan to make the kick off. Tayfur Alişan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baturay Alpsoy in the 81st minute of the match.
