Spectators: 7695 (Terracing: 5775, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 150) Yüreğir's Jorge Sennrich started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the game, Orhan Veli Raif cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Bruno Baldovino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Orhan Veli Raif kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Tansu Acunalps short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Deniz Akbaşak to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 17th minute, Hüseyin Rahmi Özsevi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Baldovino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bahri Oktar, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Deniz Akbaşak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bican Sabancı in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute Jorge Sennrich shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Baldovino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dilaver Mecit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Bruno Baldovino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Yüreğir's Deniz Akbaşak got control of the ball when Tansu Acunalp tried to sneak it across the goal line. Deniz Akbaşak came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by NK Teams's Bican Sabancı. But to his dismay, Bican Sabancı quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 36 minutes into the match, NK Teams's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Sennrich came free, but Bruno Baldovino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Pavel Nedvěd hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Baldovino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pavel Nedvěd in the 44th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

If Nuno de Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bican Sabancı in the 55th minute of play forced Yüreğir's goalkeeper Deniz Akbaşak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute of the match NK Teams got a corner. Yüreğir's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bican Sabancı ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bican Sabancı made a great header on NK Teams's corner, it was just that Yüreğir's Deniz Akbaşak managed to reach the ball for a save. Tansu Acunalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 62 minutes into the match, Yüreğir's goal looked a bit too open when Bican Sabancı came free, but Deniz Akbaşak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deniz Akbaşak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bican Sabancı's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Yüreğir's Deniz Akbaşak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tansu Acunalp in the 71st minute of play. Bruno Baldovino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Sennrich in the 80th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Yüreğir's zone, Tansu Acunalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Deniz Akbaşak came out of the goal and Tansu Acunalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tansu Acunalp took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Deniz Akbaşak. Deniz Akbaşak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After a rather tough play, Yüreğir's 顾强平 got a free kick in the 95th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The NK Teams fans cheered their team off the field, for while Yüreğir had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
