Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kaspar Bretzel kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Galatasaray FK's Kaspar Bretzel got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Mecnun Umurbay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Halis Tozun, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. İlyas Yavuzer scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of İsa Şam, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Göktürkler FC's Aykan Şemsi got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Mehmet Halis Tozun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Göktürkler FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mehmet Halis Tozun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mecnun Umurbay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kaspar Bretzel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İsa Şam having to interfere. If Mehmet Halis Tozun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Galatasaray FK getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Şeref Bal hit a great ball. After having played for 26 minutes, Vahdet Karaca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galatasaray FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vahdet Karaca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 34th minute Kaspar Bretzel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İsa Şam saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led Galatasaray FK's Mehmet Fatih Tekinay to a score. 0-2 in the 35th minute. After having played for 40 minutes, Vahdet Karaca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mehmet Halis Tozun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Göktürkler FC's zone, İlyas Yavuzer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. İsa Şam came out of the goal and İlyas Yavuzer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vahdet Karaca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but İsa Şam made a huge save. Kaspar Bretzel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. İsa Şam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mecnun Umurbay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aykan Şemsi in the 59th minute of the match. When Şeref Bal fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Galatasaray FK's protests and gave Şeref Bal a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th minute, Şeref Bal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Galatasaray FK made a substitution. Ahmet Ziya İlke replaced Vahdet Karaca. Demircan Kutlucan hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Göktürkler FC's İsa Şam proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Göktürkler FC from getting a goal against them. Abidin Aktürk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without İsa Şam having to make a save. In the 96th minute Kaspar Bretzel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İsa Şam saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
