Gündüz Cihangir was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Denizli United's zone, Mantzio Poz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gündüz Cihangir came out of the goal and Mantzio Poz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 24 minutes into the match, Zeng Hong Mo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gündüz Cihangir. Denizli United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zeng Hong Mo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. 31 minutes into the match, Edward Kaszubowski notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Denizli United's Gündüz Cihangir. Gündüz Cihangir was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 34th minute, Zeng Hong Mo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gündüz Cihangir was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. 37 minutes into the match, Denizli United's goal looked a bit too open when Zeng Hong Mo came free, but Gündüz Cihangir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Denizli United defense, Arın Ulubek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gündüz Cihangir. The Denizli United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gündüz Cihangir should have stopped the shot. Mantzio Poz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gündüz Cihangir having to make a save. 45 minutes into the game, Arın Ulubek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Gündüz Cihangir was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 0-10 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edward Kaszubowski to make the kick off. Oliver Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Nabi Hürsel, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Zeng Hong Mo took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gündüz Cihangir. Gündüz Cihangir dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-12. Mustafa Haydar İlsak kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Gündüz Cihangir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arın Ulubek in the 74th minute of play. Mantzio Poz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Gündüz Cihangir made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeng Hong Mo got free with Gündüz Cihangir in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When FC BAYBURT's Edward Kaszubowski in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Denizli United's goalie prevented a goal. Gündüz Cihangir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arın Ulubek in the 81st minute of play. After 84 played minutes Denizli United got a freekick which was hit by Erhan Ömür. Gündüz Cihangir came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by FC BAYBURT's Edward Kaszubowski. But to his dismay, Edward Kaszubowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-13. Arın Ulubek scored 0-14 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gündüz Cihangir, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zeng Hong Mo in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gündüz Cihangir, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 94th minute of the game, Arın Ulubek landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 94 minutes into the game, 任坚镇 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Denizli United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC BAYBURT the free kick. 任坚镇 kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The Denizli United supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC BAYBURT's performance. The match ended with a win for FC BAYBURT.
