Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bektaş Tekcan started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, TAKTAKSPOR's Bektaş Tekcan got a free kick in the 3rd minute. ADANA1954 FK's Merih İlbilge got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Merih İlbilge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Ahmet Davut İlhanoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in TAKTAKSPOR's zone, Merih İlbilge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Davut İlhanoğlu came out of the goal and Merih İlbilge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the game, Ferit Akdiken was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ADANA1954 FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TAKTAKSPOR the free kick. In the 14th match minute, ADANA1954 FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferit Akdiken to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute, TAKTAKSPOR's Bektaş Tekcan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Şimşek Semih. Şimşek Semih yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Şimşek Semih took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bektaş Tekcan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute Bektaş Tekcan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şimşek Semih saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Süruri Keşif hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. When TAKTAKSPOR's Bektaş Tekcan in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ADANA1954 FK's goalie prevented a goal. When Bektaş Tekcan, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 31 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Şimşek Semih was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. If Süruri Keşif had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Merih İlbilge came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the ADANA1954 FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Merih İlbilge couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in TAKTAKSPOR's zone, Süruri Keşif stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Davut İlhanoğlu came out of the goal and Süruri Keşif tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Süruri Keşif to strike the kick off in the second half. Şimşek Semih showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ufuk Tuncal in the 56th minute of the match. Süruri Keşif recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 63 minutes, Özkan Onatsu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TAKTAKSPOR and the ADANA1954 FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ferit Akdiken placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! If Merih İlbilge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Arkın Alanson fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TAKTAKSPOR's protests and gave Arkın Alanson a yellow card for diving instead. With a little luck, TAKTAKSPOR's Ahmet Davut İlhanoğlu got control of the ball when Merih İlbilge tried to sneak it across the goal line. Süruri Keşif struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Ahmet Davut İlhanoğlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ADANA1954 FK. The supporters of ADANA1954 FK booed when TAKTAKSPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bektaş Tekcan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Süruri Keşif fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Davut İlhanoğlu having to interfere. With a little luck, TAKTAKSPOR's Ahmet Davut İlhanoğlu got control of the ball when Merih İlbilge tried to sneak it across the goal line.
