Berkin Olgaç's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacek Zdrojowy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Mario Hortigosa sped through YEDİKULE's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Berkem Vefai. The supporters of Passenger booed when YEDİKULE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdülhak Yaltıray didn't get a good kick on the ball. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a defensive mix-up in YEDİKULE's zone, Mario Hortigosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Berkem Vefai came out of the goal and Mario Hortigosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ahmet Bedri Tayman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Berkin Olgaç hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 66thth minute of the game Mario Hortigosa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but YEDİKULE's Berkem Vefai was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 69 minutes of play, Passenger's Mario Hortigosa made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Berkem Vefai was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 72ndth minute of the game Mario Hortigosa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but YEDİKULE's Berkem Vefai was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Berkem Vefai stood somewhat misplaced when Mario Hortigosa came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 72 minute. The audience was convinced that Mario Hortigosa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Berkem Vefai was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Passenger were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after YEDİKULE's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Asım Arif Hinoğlu took the corner. Passenger's Pekin Satıbey was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Berkem Vefai in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Passenger's Mindia Torotadze got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Berkem Vefai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Hortigosa in the 83rd minute of the match. Sungurbey Armağan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by YEDİKULE's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Asım Arif Hinoğlu was slow to take the kick. During this time Passenger's players had a chance to rest.
