In the 37th minute Nazil Mürsel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wladyslaw Merski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Parçalı Sevdası's Ayberk Hacıfettahoğlu got a free kick in the 38th minute. When İbrahim Lütfullah came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the EdirneSpor fans jumped to their feet. In the 46th match minute, EdirneSpor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İnanç Erakıncı to maneuver through the defense. Ayberk Hacıfettahoğlu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sari Kanarya. EdirneSpor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

Wladyslaw Merski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nazil Mürsel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle went the supporters of EdirneSpor were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Parçalı Sevdası side.
