In the 6th minute of the match, Turgut Ocakoğlu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wiktor Tarasek saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Turgut Ocakoğlu scored 1-0 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wiktor Tarasek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Kütahya JK getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Ahmet Danış Onsal hit a great ball. Turgut Ocakoğlu struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Wiktor Tarasek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GALATASARAY. Hjalmar Berg kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 13thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Kütahya JK's keeper Wiktor Tarasek was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. 14 minutes into the match, Hjalmar Berg notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Kütahya JK's Wiktor Tarasek. Wiktor Tarasek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wiktor Tarasek came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by GALATASARAY's Hjalmar Berg. But to his dismay, Hjalmar Berg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Wiktor Tarasek made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Hjalmar Berg sent off a good shot on target. Kütahya JK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Hjalmar Berg scored to the left of an out of position Wiktor Tarasek, making the score, 4-0. 28 minutes into the match, Hjalmar Berg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wiktor Tarasek. Kütahya JK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hjalmar Berg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. With his leg Wiktor Tarasek managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when GALATASARAY's Hjalmar Berg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Kütahya JK getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Attilio Fulgenzi hit a great ball. With a little luck, Kütahya JK's Wiktor Tarasek got control of the ball when Hjalmar Berg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hjalmar Berg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Wiktor Tarasek skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With an all-out effort, GALATASARAY's Wiktor Tarasek threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Turgut Ocakoğlu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ahmet Danış Onsal kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. 48 minutes into the match, Hjalmar Berg notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Kütahya JK's Wiktor Tarasek. Wiktor Tarasek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Flavio Conti made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Kütahya JK booed when GALATASARAY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Fortune didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Turgut Ocakoğlu in the 59th minute of play forced Kütahya JK's goalkeeper Wiktor Tarasek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hjalmar Berg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wiktor Tarasek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Arif Ağar in the 67th minute of play forced Kütahya JK's goalkeeper Wiktor Tarasek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 71 minutes of play, GALATASARAY's Hjalmar Berg made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wiktor Tarasek was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mehmet Arif Karakaya kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Kütahya JK's Wiktor Tarasek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Turgut Ocakoğlu in the 78th minute of play. If Turgut Ocakoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute Hjalmar Berg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wiktor Tarasek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wiktor Tarasek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Turgut Ocakoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Seyfi Beybolat hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute, Frank Fortune sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Kütahya JK's Wiktor Tarasek didn't even have to move. The attack was good, but when Hjalmar Berg in the 88th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Flavio Conti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Enis Ülken made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alperen Tarab during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th minute, Alperen Tarab hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kütahya JK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 97th minute. Penalty! It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. GALATASARAY had played much better football throughout.
