The referee felt a red card was in order, 13 minutes into the game, when Yücel Teksen put in a rough tackle. 13 minutes into the game, one of NeonNeon:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 18 minutes, Hjalmar Berg made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. NeonNeon's Erberk Dalokay tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to NeonNeon getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Tuna Tokyüz hit a great ball. Hjalmar Berg scored 0-3 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erberk Dalokay, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 30th minute Hjalmar Berg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erberk Dalokay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Turgut Ocakoğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erberk Dalokay. NeonNeon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Turgut Ocakoğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tuna Tokyüz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Turgut Ocakoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Erberk Dalokay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the NeonNeon defense, Hjalmar Berg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erberk Dalokay. The NeonNeon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erberk Dalokay should have stopped the shot. Hjalmar Bergs short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Erberk Dalokay to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Erberk Dalokay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hjalmar Berg in the 78th minute. After a rather tough play, NeonNeon's Aybar Hatmi got a free kick in the 79th minute. Hjalmar Berg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erberk Dalokay having to make a save. In the 89th minute of the match, Mehmet Arif Karakaya tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Erberk Dalokay saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Erberk Dalokay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Turgut Ocakoğlu in the 91st minute of the match. In the 94th minute, NeonNeon's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hjalmar Berg fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. GALATASARAY played a much better game than NeonNeon and deserved their victory. The NeonNeon players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
