In the 46th minute Sebati Uludağ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruud Wollans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruud Wollans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Genco Katib, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and İshak Özdek made a kick off. With a little luck, VanSpor's Ruud Wollans got control of the ball when Sebati Uludağ tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felix Fredriksson in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ruud Wollans prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ruud Wollans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Fredriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 64th minute, Sebati Uludağ got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ruud Wollans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genco Katib in the 70th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, İshak Özdek managed to get in a good position for a shot. VanSpor's supporters rose to their feet, but İshak Özdek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anıl Cenk Hayırlı breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anıl Cenk Hayırlı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İshak Özdek in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Pelle Vallgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Fredriksson in the 77th minute of play forced VanSpor's goalkeeper Ruud Wollans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 95 played minutes, Köprücek Köyü Vakfıkebir's Meriç Yetkiner shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ruud Wollans came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Köprücek Köyü Vakfıkebir reached it. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
