After 12 played minutes, SOMINECO's Eyüp Erbatur shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aytuğ Kelim came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SOMINECO reached it. The supporters of SOMINECO booed when Genç Oğlanlar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gökalp Perker didn't get a good kick on the ball. Genç Oğlanlar's Aytuğ Kelim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gelu Bulă in the 15th minute of play. Aytuğ Kelim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Genç Oğlanlar's Aytuğ Kelim got control of the ball when Gelu Bulă tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match was over SOMINECO could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Genç Oğlanlar throughout the match.
