The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 8 minutes into the match, GALATASARAY's goalkeeper Marcelo Barovero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gazanfer Özcan Sezmen. A collision led to Ravens FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Nuh Argün hit a great ball. In the 11th minute, Hacı Demirdelen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 11 minutes in the game, Hacı Demirdelen dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Ali Nejat Akdoruk scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kutlay Darcan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kutlay Darcan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Nejat Akdoruk in the 17th minute of the match. Ravens FC's Kutlay Darcan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Nejat Akdoruk in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Ravens FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Nejat Akdoruk came free, but Kutlay Darcan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kutlay Darcan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hilmi Türkoğlu went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Yağız Reşan in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcelo Barovero, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ravens FC's Kutlay Darcan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilmi Türkoğlu in the 30th minute of play. Gazanfer Özcan Sezmen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelo Barovero made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Ahmet Ziya Baykal sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Ravens FC's Nuh Argün got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Kutlay Darcan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hilmi Türkoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Kutlay Darcan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hacı Demirdelen in the 44th minute of play. Marcelo Barovero made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Gazanfer Özcan Sezmen sent off a good shot on target. The Ravens FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. GALATASARAY were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gazanfer Özcan Sezmen was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Ravens FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Nejat Akdoruk came free, but Kutlay Darcan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
