GALATASARAY's Marcelo Barovero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hasan Ali Erdurmus in the 87th minute of play. Ali Nejat Akdoruk received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gencalp Korucu came out and tried to block the shot, but Ali Nejat Akdoruk slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 89th minute. A collision led to Iskitler SK getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Zafer Sebih hit a great ball. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Iskitler SK's goalkeeper Gencalp Korucu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
