The audience thought a goal was coming when Gazanfer Özcan Sezmen got free with Münir Usbay in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kutlay Darcan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murathan Öveç in the 4th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Arif Memduh Nabi notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Ravens FC's Kutlay Darcan. Kutlay Darcan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ravens FC's Kutlay Darcan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murathan Öveç in the 9th minute of play. Kutlay Darcan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çağan Bayraktaroğlu in the 10th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Engin Kurboga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Kutlay Darcan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kutlay Darcan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Murathan Öveç went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Kutlay Darcan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murathan Öveç in the 23rd minute of the match. Nuh Argün kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 27th minute of the match Mechanic Athletic Club got a corner. Ravens FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jelte Grijp ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Mechanic Athletic Club's Cezmi Toralp getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Kutlay Darcan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezmi Toralp in the 27th minute of play. After 28 minutes, Tunç Kural mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ravens FC and the Mechanic Athletic Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th match minute, Ravens FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tunç Kural to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hayati Tüzmen in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kutlay Darcan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. It was a well-played corner which Engin Kurboga managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 34th minute Murathan Öveç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kutlay Darcan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kutlay Darcan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murathan Öveç in the 35th minute of the match. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 58th minute, Aykut Masum got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cezmi Toralp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Kutlay Darcan made a huge save. With a little luck, Ravens FC's Kutlay Darcan got control of the ball when Murathan Öveç tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kutlay Darcan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aykut Masum in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aykut Masum in the 68th minute of play forced Ravens FC's goalkeeper Kutlay Darcan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 89 played minutes Mechanic Athletic Club got a freekick which was hit by Engin Kurboga. Münir Usbay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gazanfer Özcan Sezmen in the 90th minute of play. Kutlay Darcan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murathan Öveç, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute, Arif Memduh Nabi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kutlay Darcan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-11. In the 96th minute, Arif Memduh Nabi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mechanic Athletic Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-12.
