Marcelo Barovero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcelo Barovero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arif Memduh Nabi in the 94th minute of play. Bedri Hidayet hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. 95 minutes into the match, GALATASARAY's goal looked a bit too open when Arif Memduh Nabi came free, but Marcelo Barovero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mechanic Athletic Club's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
